Sea to Peak Expeditions Ltd collects personal data (i.e. your name, postal address, email address, telephone number and date of birth) as part of the course booking process, which is completed either through the website or over the phone. Medical and other relevant pre-expedition/activity personal information is also collected, for example through our online Questionnaire. Any such data is collected in order to fulfill our service to you and to enable us to better understand your needs.
We also collect basic name, preferences and contact data through email list sign ups. We always ask consent for this. This data is used to enable us to send marketing and special offers which we think subscribers will find interesting.
Data may also be collected through links to 3rd party websites (for example in the payment processes and embedded content such as social media links). Sea to Peak Expeditions Ltd is not responsible for the privacy and cookie policies of websites not owned by the Company.
